Non-Refund Policy

At Academia International Institute & Center, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services and digital learning resources.

1. General Policy
All course registration fees, tuition fees, and other payments are non-refundable. By enrolling, you agree to this policy.

2. Digital Courses and Learning Materials
No refunds will be issued once payment has been processed because digital materials become available immediately.

3. Change of Mind
No refunds for change of mind, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or failure to complete a course.

4. Incorrect Course Selection
Students must review course details before enrolling. Refunds will not be granted for incorrect course selection.

5. Account Responsibility
Students are responsible for protecting their login credentials. Unauthorized access due to shared or unsecured credentials is not eligible for a refund.

6. Course Cancellation by the Institute
If the institute cancels a course before it begins and no suitable alternative is available, it may provide a full refund or transfer the payment to another course.

7. Technical Issues
User-side internet or device issues do not qualify for refunds. Support will assist where possible.

8.Transfer of Enrollment
Enrollments are generally non-transferable unless approved in writing by the institute.
